Discussing what CRUELTY FREE SKINCARE really means and what to be aware of when you make your skin care purchases.
Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin. As many of you will be aware, this channel decided to go completely cruelty free from the start of 2021 which created a great deal of community discussion. What does cruelty free really mean for the products we buy and why are there so many interpretations. Keep watching as we seek to provide the answers.
For some people cruelty free skin care means the products and the ingredients havent been tested on animals, for others it means a product should contain no animal ingredients and there are some who seek to take it even further. How can we really know what we are buying.
In this video we break down the different types of cruelty free terminology and help you make your own purchasing decisions.
I would love to know your thoughts on this in the comments below and of course if you enjoyed this video then please give it a thumbs up and share it with anyone you think would be interested in it.
This channel will continue to be 100% against animal testing and only recommend products from brands who do not test on nor endorse animal testing and this will not change.
Keep track of which companies are seeking exemptions to Chinese animal testing here:
