Oil cleansing has been around for ages but there is a big difference between cleansing with a well formulated cleansing oil and applying coconut oil to the skin so here we discuss this and of course share the tips to getting clear skin with oil cleansing.
Oil cleansing for oily skin will be discussed as will how to remove oil plugs and sebaceous filaments through ‘ oil pulling ‘ to help you to get clearer skin through oil cleansing.
I always say to use products which work for you and of course your dont NEED to oil cleanse but it may be something you would like to add to your routine to get the most out of your skincare so I hope this video is useful.
