The Makeup Revolution Colour Spectrum Pigment Palette by Revolution Beauty has 196 shades of eyeshadow for $34. The rainbow eyeshadow palette has matte eyeshadows, satin eyeshadows, and shimmer eyeshadows.
INSIDER producers Nico Reyes and Kyle Kerchaert put the eyeshadow palette to the test, creating two colorful eye looks. On one eye, they use a tacky base for better pigmentation, while the other eye remains bare. In the end, they decide if the $34 eyeshadow palette is worth it by judging the eyeshadow palette on blendability, color payoff, and which base the pigments performed better on.
