?DIY makeup brush cleaner
-Take one part clarifying shampoo and four parts warm water in a small bowl. Dip brush head in the solution, & massage it through bristles. Rinse the bristles well in warm water. Squeeze excess water out of the brush with a towel. Lay the brushes on the counter with bristles hanging over the edge, so that air can circulate around the brush head. Once brushes have dried, spray bristles with 70% alcohol to disinfect.
-Clarifying shampoo helps remove build up on the bristles. I recommend Neutrogena anti-residue shampoo:
